I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were gorgeous, especially with all the Shankly memorabilia that I found really cool. The Jacuzzi bath was a huge hit with my kids. The only slight downside was that my husband prefers a larger bed than a double, but we managed just fine.
The hotel is centrally located in Liverpool, right next to the town centre and in a great area with easy access to all planned activities. The rooms are spacious and come with a luxurious spa bath, perfect for relaxation; however, the lack of proper customer service was a downside. The in-room amenities and the dining options need improvement for better value for money.
The hotel is ideally situated in Liverpool city centre, near all the attractions you want to visit. The rooms are beautifully decorated with Shankly memorabilia and a large jacuzzi bath, which my kids absolutely adored. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, ensuring a memorable stay. However, some staff members could benefit from further training in customer service. Dining options were not included in the rate, but the indulgent pastries were a delightful treat. Overall, a great value for money hotel with fantastic facilities.
