The front desk service was fast and efficient. our room was gorgeous, unbelievably clean, and filled with thoughtful touches. the decor elevated our stay. beds were super comfy. I slept like a log!!!
The lighting in the room could have been better. It was a bit dark in certain areas.

the room was big with several double beds. soft pillows and duvets felt luxurious and the bed linen was clean. the staff were friendly and helpful, they answered every question i had.

The themed rooms created a unique atmosphere. I loved the jacuzzi bath that offered pure relaxation after a day of exploration.
The room maintenance was not ideal. Wallpaper bubbled and peeled in places perhaps suggesting a need for some updates.

the room was amazing!!! we enjoyed the bluetooth speakers built into the ceiling. the bed was very comfy. my partner and i loved seeing amazing things about shankly you wouldn't expect to see in a hotel.
the room did somewhat resemble from the images online but it was very tired. it needs to be updated. towels had a strange smell to them.

the beds were comfortable the bedding and towels were clean. the hotel was central to the railway station shops restaurants and bars. i found the staff to be friendly and accommodating.
the hotel had poor lighting in the bedroom and it lacked atmosphere. the rooftop bar seemed to be missing something. there was also a lack of entertainment available at the hotel.
